The Slovácko Festival of Wine and Open Monuments

Location of stay: Uherské Hradiště

Length of stay: multiple days

Morava is rich not only in folk costumes but also in customs, folklore songs, music and oral art. In the various ethnographic regions hundred-years-old traditions and customs are kept even today. The fact that the Slovácký Verbuňk dance was included in the UNESCO list of oral and immaterial world heritage bears witness to the originality of the local folklore culture.

Experience the festival weekend in September in Uherské Hradiště full of folklore, monuments and wine with an optional excursion to the Modrá archaeological skansen, Virgin Mary Ascension Basilica in Velehrad, chateau in Buchlovice or city of Zlín. The program is suitable for individual, groups or work teams.
